Returns

Our products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

We strongly encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or need assistance choosing the right solution, please contact us prior to ordering — we’ll be happy to help.


Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the issue has been confirmed.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for made-to-order items if no defect or damage is present.
